Change happens to you whether you want it to or not. I spent many years in the military and we spent a lot of time marching. When you are on a journey you have to mindful of what is going on. There come times that you have to stop and turn…or step, pivot!
This is where planning comes in. That is why it is important to have a wellness plan. What we were doing in the past, is not working and now we must set up ourselves up for new success whether it is to eat healthier or quit smoking or give up soda.
The month of May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This month is meant to help us understand mental health better and decrease the stigma on those with with mental health issues. We all must pay attention to our mental health. One way to help yourself mentally is to exercise.
