Starting October 12, 2020 all appointments made with any representative of Wellness Works NW will be final
In the past clients have been allowed to cancel and reschedule their appointments at a later time without any issues, regardless of our policy of charging a cancellation fee. Although we have never enforced it and we will not send out retro-active bills to any of our clients, we have come to a point in our business that we must change our policy.
Starting October 12, 2020 if you must cancel or miss your appointment, we will not reschedule; instead you will miss the current appointment and forfeit your time with your trainer or counselor until your next scheduled appointment.
Due to COVID-19 we have had to change our business structure and put our company in a better position to not only serve our clients, but create the ability to sustain growth toward the future goals of the company.
- Wellness Works NW Personal Training fees are $250 per month
- Wellness Works NW Counseling fees are $150 per month
- There will be no rescheduling or refunds
- These fees do not include membership fees to the gym of your choice
If you choose to not pay membership fees to a gym we are able to serve you in groups of 5 people or less, that allow for proper social distancing guidelines as outlined by the State of Washington:
- Online
- At your home
- Appropriate parks and spaces,
We do understand that some of you are not in a position to afford both our fees and membership fees and we are making plans for special group sessions to begin in November that will be more affordable to our clients.
