Fitness Assessments are important to measure your success but the Initial Wellness Assessment is the starting line. Your personal wellness plan may include work with a Personal Trainer Online, at home or at the gym of your choice, facts about Chronic Illness and Mental Health, Weight Loss Plan, Meal Plan and Recipes and Corrective Exercise.
Initial Wellness Assessment
Includes Fitness Assessment and Lifestyle Test. During your Initial Wellness Assessment we will get to know you and your goals while we create your Comprehensive Wellness Plan.
Fitness Assessment – Takes about 20-30 minutes
- Measures blood pressure and resting heart rate

- Body Mass Index Test which includes a Skin Fold Test measured by caliper
- Body Measurements to learn waist to hip ratio
- Aerobics Stamina Test
- Flexibility Assessment
- Bicep Strength Measurement
Lifestyle Test – Takes about 10-30 minutes
46 questions designed to help you define your perception of your lifestyle’s effect on your wellness. Includes safety, nutrition, exercise, smoking and stress measurements that will be compared with what you are doing now and how your actions coincide with your wellness goals.
How often should you have a Fitness Assessment?
Generally you would want to have a Fitness Assessment done every 3 months when you are really focusing on your path toward wellness. This answer varies depending on each person and their needs and desires.
