Forever Fit Gym and Wellness Works NW are glad to be able to offer FREE 10 Minute Chair Massages every Wednesday from November 3  through December 14, 2016.

As part of Forever Fit’s Lifestyle Challenge Sponsorship, Elle’s Essential Massage will be joining us to offer free 10 minute chair massages. Massages are first come, first serve and free to the community.

Elle’s Essential Massage offers therapeutic massage for every day health and wellness. They are open  Monday through Friday 7 am to 8 pm and on Saturday by appointment.
