Here is another wonderful recipe to add to your holiday meal: Gluten Free Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls are delicious and pretty easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Warm Water
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tsp. Active Dry Yeast (1 7gm. Package)
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Melted Butter
  •  Gluten Free Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls, Bobs Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Flour3 Cups Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Potato Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine warm water, sugar and yeast in a large mixing bowl and let sit 5 minutes for the yeast to activate.
  2. Meanwhile, brush the bottom and interior sides of an 8” round cake pan with melted butter.
  3. Add eggs, ¼ c. melted butter, baking flour, potato flour and salt to the yeast mixture and mix until smooth. (about 5 minutes)
  4. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and divide into 8 to 12 even portions. Shaped each portion into a tight ball and place in the cake pan, allowing the sides to touch each other.  Cover and let raise for 45 minutes to an hour. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  5. Uncover the rolls, gently brush with melted butter. Bake until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Brush again with melted butter and serve hot.

These are easy to make and really tasty for a Christmas dinner!
