Regular Classes
Wellness Works offers regular classes online to anyone who signs up at regular times. All classes are taught by Karen G Clemenson. If you want a personal training session that is just for you please call or text Karen at 360-447-8061.
Static Stretch
This class for EVERYBODY! This involves stretching a muscle to near its furthest point and then holding that position. The emphasis is often to focus on a single muscle group with each stretch.
Dynamic Stretch
This is an Advanced Class. Dynamic stretching is a movement-based type of stretching. It uses the muscles themselves and compound exercises to bring about a stretch. It’s different from traditional “static” stretching because the stretch position is not held.
Strength Class
This is a beginner course. Have your weights handy! In the future we can add an advanced strength class if we have enough interest.
Stability Class
This is a beginner course. Have your Balance Ball pumped and ready to go! In the future we can add an advanced strength class if we have enough interest.
Chair Aerobics
This is a beginner course. So many people spend a lot of time in their chairs for work or maybe have stability issues that make working out on your feet not an option. This class will help you get your blood flowing and increase your mobility. In the future we can add an advanced strength class if we have enough interest.
