Sometimes I feel like I can do anything! Half the year is almost over and things are happening!

Most of the time people come to see me, they want to lose weight. 70% of weight loss is about what you are eating. So most importantly, we need to focus on what you are eating. As women, we often don’t eat enough and we store it on our hips because we are not eating enough. This requires a strategy to teach you how to eat correctly.

I like to focus on P.F.W. Protein, Fiber, Water!

It is important to think about eating lighter meats like chicken and fish. Maybe put some herbs on it for flavor…

Fiber is so important because that is how we get the extra things our bodies don’t need out.

Water is so important. I have to beg people to drink water. It surprises me how many people forget about water, but I want to encourage you to infuse water with fruit or other ways to get yourself interested in drinking water. Did you know for every 8 oz of coffee you drink, you will need 16 oz of water to make sure you are getting enough fluids?

I want to help you make a plan for balance your diet. When you start to lose weight, especially on women, things start to shift so our plans may change, depending on what our bodies are doing.

Today Karen shows us some exercises with a hand weight. We want to keep our shoulder working right because they help us with our posture. We also want to work on our chest so we can keep the girls where they should be while we are losing weight. Our obliques need attention too!
