Wellness Works NW …is the other half of my fitness journey and is located in the Forever Fit Gym. The owner/operator is Karen G. Clemenson…a very forthright and caring individual, who’s true intent is to help you achieve your goal of wellness… She is an integral part of my “fitness family” now. I would love to have you visit the Facebook page…”like” it and help spread the word to your family and friends. What I really like is if you want to show your Health Care Provider what your level of health and wellness is and what you are doing to achieve it, Karen can print out all that information on paper and you are then able to hand that to your doctor. “See, this is where I started and this is where I am now.” I learn something new with each weekly visit. The focus is not on my weight loss, but my wellness.
