If you are one of our Wellness Works NW clients, I want to tell you how much I appreciate you. Karen G Clemenson has been loving people her whole life and she is very good at it. It wasn’t until she started this business that I got to see how good at loving people she is.
Each one of you make her life better. You require a lot out of her, but she enjoys the challenge to be better every day. She has worked hard to glean from Gregory Price at Forever Fit Gym what she can and make it her own. She has studied hard through NASM to learn even better how to answer the needs of her valued clients. You make her keep going. She says it is for our family, but I think it is more than that because I haven’t met most of you, but I know a lot about you. We talk about you and pray for you and sometimes we research specific topics so we can give you the best personal training experience.
You, our clients have helped Karen begin to obtain her life long dream of owning a successful company with employees. We don’t have any employees yet, or personal contractors, but we are planning and praying for them too. So you have not only shown me how big my wife’s heart is but also how she is going to reach her biggest life goal ever and for that I owe you a big heart-felt THANK YOU!
August Happenings at Wellness Works NW
We have two things we are doing in August that we are really excited about because we think it is going to really help a lot of people:
- B1G1 BMI is back!
- Karen is planning to begin circuit training
The May B1G1 BMI special was so successful that we want to spread the love to August. We know a lot of you have been on vacation and enjoying your family and you might need to start fresh. What better way to jumpstart your wellness lifestyle than with a proper BMI per caliper? For the entire month of August when you buy one BMI you get another free. Whether you save it for yourself in the future or you bring your friend, spouse or any person you care enough about to want them to know their proper Body Mass Index which shows the amount of water, protein and fat in a person’s body that is up to you.

Circuit Training is coming your way and Karen wants YOU!
Circuit Training Teams are made up of 5 people that want to work together. Groups will meet 3 times per week for 30 minutes. Karen can only commit to 3 groups so that is a total fo 15 people she can work with. Days and times that groups meet will be decided within the group (people must commit to this time).
Cost is $30 every Monday (prior to 3 meetings) or $12 before the session. People who pay for their circuit training sessions monthly (by the first Monday of the month) can enjoy a cost of only $100. Circuit training fees are not part of regular services or personal training costs. Refunds are not available for circuit training.
Every day Karen tells me great stories of YOUR success! I am so proud of each and every one of you doing your best to make positive lifestyle changes.
