I am Karen from Wellness Works NW and I have been having a great time this month and working on interviews with clients. We will share those with you when we are done putting those together. I want to invite you to poke around our website where we have lots of wellness related articles! We research chronic illness and wellness practices, we share recipes that Our Team and clients send in, we really want you to feel supported. We will even research a topic for you if you fill out our Dear Jamie form on our site, with resources to help you on your path towards wellness.
In case you are wondering what we do I want to give you the run down. Many of you first met me at Forever Fit Gym. I offer other Wellness Services like: BMI’s, I measure people, we do fitness assessments and help create Wellness Plans that address many of the personal needs of clients. We enjoy Comprehensive Wellness Plans that talk about the past, our present and where you want to go in the future. It is so exciting to talk to people who want to thrive! My job is to help you visualize and see what it is that will help you be the best you you can be. There is something about creating something as specific as you are.
We plan for our money and vacations; we need to do the same thing for your life. Wellness Plans include more than fitness and nutrition, but stress and how we are going to handle that stress and the necessary Lifestyle Changes we want to work on.

Today Karen talks about: Push-ups are great because they let you use yourself as your own resistance. You need to make sure your back is straight and you want to hold your abs in and squeezing your butt. The Superman. This exercise is for people who are maybe not strong enough to lift yourself up with your arms. You want to lie on your stomach and extend your arms and legs up and squeeze! The Mountain Climber is one that makes you move a lot. I really love this one! Bring those knees up into your chest.
Call or text me at 360-447-8061 and we can talk about your success! I can’t wait to hear from you!
